Her debut album 'Night Time, My Time' comes out in the UK on March 17
An offcut from Sky Ferreira's debut album has leaked online.The song 'Rancid Girl', was co-written by Jon Brion, Cass McCombs and Blake Mills, reports Pitchfork. Click below to listen to the track. Speaking about the leak yesterday (February 27) on Twitter, she wrote: "Leaks usually bother me but I actually like 'Rancid Girl' so that's...cool?"
Sky Ferreira was recently forced to temporarily pull her support slot with Miley Cyrus after falling on stage and injuring her leg. The singer fell during her performance in Anaheim, California, on February 21, and was hospitalised afterward, needing 60 stitches in her leg. She injured herself during the first song of her set, but did manage to finish her performance before being taken away in an ambulance.
The singer, whose debut album 'Night Time, My Time' is officially released in the UK on March 17, will play a one-off show at London's Oslo on March 10.
